Jerry Bullard is Reeves County Emergency Manager. Though he became a registered voter eight years ago, Jerry has been a resident since 1997. Growing up in Pine Bluff, Arkansas molded his love of fishing, green grass and pine trees however, Jerry has an interest for the environment in all aspects. Bullard’s background and experience in disaster readiness, disaster response and disaster recovery benefit his role as a Commissioner for the Districts. Jerry’s goal as a District Board member is to assist in balancing the tax dollars with the added safety that is increased by the ESD Nos. 1 and 2. He holds first responders in high esteem and believes the RCESD will make the county safer in many different aspects.
